Rí Rá Irish Pub - Real Charlotte Haunted Place

  • 208 N Tryon St.
  • Charlotte, NC
The Rí Rá Irish Pub is located on N. Tryon Street and is situated in the second-oldest original building in uptown Charlotte. The Irish Pub opened here in 1997 and is known to be quite haunted. One night, after an alarm system went off, a red brick was found, although there were no signs of anyone entering the building to place it there. One of the ghosts known to linger here is that of a young girl who likes to practice her ABCs above the host stand. Beer taps have also been known to turn on by themselves and there are mysterious sewing machine sounds that come from the basement.
